Cancellation Policy
📌 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
To respect the time and commitment of both our clients and staff, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
-Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee based on the cost of the booked service.
-No-shows will incur the full total amount of your appointment and will result in being unable to book future appointments.
